摘要
为顺应新时期自然资源职能使命和管理信息化客观需求,更好贯彻“山水林田湖草”生命共同体理念,2020年陕西省地质调查院选择黄河中游晋陕豫金三角(陕西段)开展自然资源综合调查试点,项目通过充分调研对接、野外调查、图件编图和分析研究等,初步取得一批阶段性成果及认识:① 摸清了“山水林湖田草”等自然资源“家底”数据,初步实现了自然资源调查监测“一张图”;② 依据自然资源要素禀赋特征和本底条件,揭示了地球各圈层土地、矿产、水、森林、草原、湿地、沙苑、地质遗迹、地热等自然资源要素之间内在联系和互馈机制;③ 探索推进地调转型升级和“自然资源调查方法体系”研究,为陕西省自然资源调查方法研究实践提供了依据和科技支撑范式。
In order to comply with the functional mission of natural resources in the new era and the objective needs of management informatization, and better implement the concept of “landscape, forest, field, lake and grass” life community, Shaanxi Geological Survey Institute selected the JinShaan Yu Golden Triangle (Shaanxi section), middle reaches of Yellow River to carry out the pilot of comprehensive survey of natural resources in 2020. Through full survey and docking, field survey, map compilation, analysis and research, etc., a number of phased achievements and understandings have been preliminarily obtained: ① the “family background” data of natural resources such as “landscape forest field lake grass” have been investigated, and the “one map” of natural resources survey and monitoring has been preliminarily realized;② according to the endowment characteristics and background conditions of natural resource elements, this paper reveals the internal relationship and mutual feeding mechanism among natural resource elements such as land, minerals, water, forest, grassland, wetland, shayuan, geological relics and geothermal in each circle of the earth;③ explore and promote the transformation and upgrading of geological survey and the research on “natural resources survey method system”, which provides a basis and scientific and technological support paradigm for the research and practice of natural resources survey methods in Shaanxi Province.
