摘要
目的:探究工作压力、心理危机脆弱性与护士焦虑情绪的关系。方法:采用随机抽样的方法抽取341名护理人员,使用焦虑自评量表、中国护士工作压力源量表和心理危机脆弱性量表进行问卷调查。结果:护士焦虑症状的发生率为41.1% (140/341),焦虑自评量表标准分为49.43 ±8.508,明显高于国内常模29.78 ±0.46 (t = 42.643, p 【0.01);护士焦虑情绪与工作压力呈正相关(r = 0.222, p 【0.01),工作压力对焦虑情绪有显著的正向预测作用;护士焦虑情绪与心理危机脆弱性呈正相关(r = 0.340, p 【0.01),心理危机脆弱性对焦虑情绪有显著的正向预测作用;心理危机脆弱性的主效应显著(β = 0.303, t = 5.785, p 【0.01),工作压力和心理危机脆弱性的交互作用显著(β = 0.164, t = 3.264, p 【0.01)。结论:工作压力通过心理危机脆弱性的调节作用影响焦虑情绪。
Objective: To explore the relationship between nurse anxiety, work stress and psychological crisis vulnerability. Methods: A random sampling method was used to extract 341 nursing staff, using the Self-rating Anxiety Scale, the Chinese Nurse Work Stress Source Scale and the Psychological Crisis Vulnerability Scale.
