摘要
目的:本次研究探讨大学生完美主义与情绪调节的关系,为大学生开展心理健康教育提供数据支持。方法:运用中文版Frost多维完美主义量表和中文版Gross情绪调节问卷,对248名大学生进行施测。结果:248名大学生完美主义得分(3.15 ± 0.48),完美主义在性别和专业上有显著差异(P 0.05),完美主义与情绪调节呈显著正相关(r = 0.5, P 0.05),情绪调节在人口学变量上无显著差异(P > 0.05),其完美主义与情绪调节呈低相关(r = 0.06)。结论:大学生完美主义与情绪调节呈显著性正相关;其中56名高水平完美主义者完美主义与情绪调节呈低相关。
Objective: This study explores the relationship between perfectionism and emotional regulation in college students, and provides data support for college students to carry out mental health educa-tion. Methods: 248 college students were tested with the Chinese version of the Frost Multidimen-sional Perfectionism Scale and the Chinese version of the Gross Emotion Regulation Questionnaire. Results: The perfectionist score of 248 college students was (3.15 ± 0.48);perfectionism was signif-icantly different in gender and profession (P 0.05). Perfectionism was sig-nificantly positively correlated with emotional regulation (r = 0.5, P 0.05), and emo-tional regulation had no significant difference in demographic variables (P > 0.05). Perfectionism was associated with emotional regulation (r = 0.06). Conclusion: There is a significant positive cor-relation between perfectionism and emotional regulation in college students;56 of the high-level perfectionists’ perfectionism have low correlation with emotional regulation.
