摘要
随着我国人口老龄化的日趋严峻,农村老龄劳动工作者成为了劳动力市场中的主要就业群体之一,农村老龄劳动者的就业困境也逐渐凸显。由于农村老龄劳动者通常都是一些年龄较大的农民工群体,他们多数文化程度较低、技能单一,使他们在就业中面临着诸多困境,如就业年龄歧视、就业领域狭窄、无法从相关法律法规中寻求保护等。尽管农村老龄劳动者的就业缓解了我国因老龄化而出现的劳动力资源短缺的问题,但农村老龄劳动者就业问题却未引起社会的高度重视。基于此,本文分析了农村老龄劳动者的现状,从而提出解决当前农村老龄劳动者的就业困境需要政府、企业、用工单位等多方主体共同积极应对,才能实现农村老龄劳动者的充分就业,推动我国健康老龄化的构建。
With the aging of China’s population becoming increasingly serious, rural elderly workers have become one of the main employment groups in the labor market, and the plight of rural elderly workers in employment has gradually come to the fore. As rural elderly workers are usually elderly groups of migrant workers, most of them have a low level of education and single skills, which makes them face many difficulties in employment, such as age discrimination in employment, narrow field of employment, and inability to seek protection from relevant laws and regulations. Although the employment of rural elderly workers has eased the shortage of labor resources in China due to aging, the employment problem of rural elderly workers has not attracted much attention from the society. Based on this, this paper analyzes the current situation of rural elderly workers, and thus proposes that the solution to the current employment dilemma of rural elderly workers requires the government, enterprises, employers and other multi-party subjects to actively deal with the problem, so as to realize the full employment of rural elderly workers and promote the construction of healthy aging in China.
