摘要
随着我国老龄人口的不断增加,养老需求不断多样化和个性化,居家养老作为一种符合当下国情且被大多数长者所接受的养老模式,在互联网蓬勃发展的背景下与互联网技术相结合,以更好满足多样化和个性化的养老需求,提高居家养老服务质量。本文以虎门X社区为调研对象,通过线下调研和无结构访谈来收集和分析资料。从服务内容、服务方式、服务管理和服务成效四个方面对虎门X社区“居家养老服务 + 互联网”的情况进行分析,并总结出在服务内容、服务方式、服务管理和服务质量四个方面存在的问题。最后针对问题在拓宽服务内容、发展“线上 + 线下”相结合的服务方式、完善反馈和评价系统、加强专业人才培养和多方协同合作五个大的层面提出发展建议,推动“居家养老服务 + 互联网”更好适应当前养老需求。
With the increasing of the elderly population in China, the demand for the elderly is increasingly diversified and personalized. Home-based care is a kind of mode that is in line with current na-tional conditions and accepted by most elderly people. In the context of the vigorous development of the Internet, the combination of home care and Internet technology can better meet the diversified and personalized needs for the elderly and improve the quality of home care services. This paper takes Humen X Community as the research object and collects and analyzes data through offline research and unstructured interviews. This paper analyzes the situation of “Home Care + Internet” in Humen X Community from four aspects of service content, service mode, service management and service effectiveness, and summarizes the existing problems in four aspects of service content, service mode, service management and service quality. Finally, in view of the problems, suggestions are put forward in five aspects: expanding the service content, developing the service mode combining “online and offline”, improving the feedback and evaluation system, strengthening professional personnel training and multi-party cooperation, so as to promote “home care service + Internet” to better adapt to the current pension needs.
