“法、术、势”是韩非政治哲学的重要组成部分。韩非继承和发展了法家前期思想,批判性的吸纳了儒道墨学说的政治观点,结合战国末期政治军事局势,创造性的将“法、术、势”紧密结合,进而建构出完整全面的法家政治学说。韩非的“法、术、势”政治思想对于加强君主专制、构建大一统中央帝国具有重要影响,成为两千多年专制帝国政治运行的核心基础。
“The law strategy and power-base” is an important part of Han Fei’s political philosophy. Han Fei inherited and developed the early legalist thoughts, critically absorbed the political views of Confucianism, Taoism and Mohism, creatively combined the “The law strategy and power-base” closely with the political and military situation at the end of the Warring States period, and then constructed a complete and comprehensive legalist political theory. Han Fei’s political thought of “The law strategy and power-base” had an important influence on strengthening autocratic mo-narchy and building a unified central empire, which became the core foundation of political operation of autocratic empire for more than two thousand years.
