摘要
就业工作和党建工作是高校中非常重要的两项工作,通常被视为两项独立的工作。本文着眼于大数据与计算机学院学生的实际就业情况,以学院基层党委为着力点,形成党建工作与就业工作互促共建双赢的良性新模式,切实改变当前民办高校大学生就业中存在的一些不良现象,同时整体带动大学生教育、管理、培养工作的效果提升,最终找到了充分发挥学生党员的就业示范引领作用、党建引领建立“分类、分批、分级”就业辅导工作室、充分发挥党建促改革的推动作用、规范大学生就业的党建工作措施和办法等党建引领高校就业的工作路径。
Employment work and party construction are two very important tasks in colleges and universi-ties, which are usually regarded as two separate tasks. This paper focuses on the actual employ-ment situation of students in the Faculty of Mega Data and Computer Science, focusing on the grassroots party committees of the college, forming a benign new model of mutual promotion and win-win between party building and employment, effectively changing some bad phenomena existing in the employment of college students in private colleges, and at the same time promoting the overall effect of education, management and training of college students. Finally, we found the working path of Party building leading the employment of colleges and universities, such as giving full play to the leading role of student party member’s employment demonstration, establishing a “classified, batch and graded” employment counseling studio under the guidance of Party building, giving full play to the role of Party building in promoting reform, and standardizing the measures and methods of Party building for college students’ employment.
