网络文化是技术与文化的联姻,技术是文化发展的工具,因此网络文化的技术特质使其既突破了原有时空限制成为“脱域文化”,又因其地方性运用成了局域性文化;文化是技术进步的动力,因此网络文化的文化内涵使其自由开放发展,同时又是一种趋现实性文化。随着数智技术催生网络文化新的形态,其移动化、互动化、社交化发展趋势明显,厘清网络文化正负价值属性,通过网络文化主体、客体和环境建设,以数字化手段推动网络文化包容性发展,使数字化工具赋能网络文化高质量发展。
Network culture is a marriage of technology and culture, and technology is a tool for cultural de-velopment. Therefore, the technological characteristics of network culture not only break through the original limitations of time and space and become "detached culture", but also become localized culture due to its local application;Culture is the driving force of technological progress, so the cultural connotation of online culture enables its free and open development, while also being a realistic culture. With the emergence of digital intelligence technology, a new form of online culture has emerged, with a clear trend towards mobility, interactivity, and socialization. By clarifying the positive and negative value attributes of online culture, we can promote the inclusive development of online culture through digital means through the construction of the subject, object and environment of online culture, enabling digital tools to empower high-quality development of online culture.
