摘要
在积淀了五千多年的深厚文化底蕴的中国文化思想中,儒道两家在社会治理层面的思想各有异同。首先,就共同点来看,儒道两家在社会治理层面都根治于同一治理根基——德政善治。其次,由于时代背景和经济基础的不同,从而导致儒道两家在具体社会实践层面存在着显著差异:为政者层面存在着“无为”和“有为”的差异,在对社会大众层面存在着“齐之以礼”和“无智无欲”的不同约束。最后,不断挖掘儒道社会治理思想中所蕴含的“礼治”“德治”和“善治”等精华,并结合现实实际,不断在实践中丰富和践行,使儒道社会治理思想依旧在当代持续焕发出其生命力。
In the Chinese cultural thought which has accumulated profound cultural connotations for more than five thousand years, Confucianism and Taoism have their own similarities and differences in the level of social governance. First of all, in terms of common ground, Confucianism and Taoism are rooted in the same governance foundation at the level of social governance-good governance. Secondly, due to the different background of the times and economic basis, there are significant differences between Confucianism and Taoism in the specific level of social practice: there are differences between inaction and action in the level of politicians, and there are different constraints on the level of the public, such as courtesy and no wisdom and no desire. Finally, we should constantly excavate the essence of Confucian and Taoist social governance thoughts, such as rule by courtesy, rule by virtue and good governance, and combine with the reality, constantly enriching and practice in practice, so that Confucian and Taoist social governance thoughts still continue to radiate their vitality in the contemporary era.
