摘要
在新媒体时代下,基于网络技术的发展,各种即时通讯工具不断更新,并且其所带来的便利也使得人们获取信息的能力得到提高。网络社会具有的虚拟性、自主性和隐蔽性等特点使不同于现实社会,也使得网络主体比现实社会的伦理主体具有更大的不确定性,而由此引发的一系列伦理问题成为影响社会治理的新课题。随着网络技术的发展和更新,以网络事件为导火索的社会性问题不断出现,在一些特殊事件中,某些个体的举动成为影响社会大众意识和社会现实决断的一个重要因素。文章通过对“二更食堂”所显露的失范行为,通过“三圈理论”模型对“二更食堂”事件的分析,从价值、能力、支持三个方面分析网络环境构建的影响因素以及如何构建,并使“耐克区”面积达到最大,进而推进治理体系现代化,促进社会良序发展。
In the new media era, based on the development of network technology, all kinds of instant mes-saging tools are constantly updated, and the convenience it brings also improves people’s ability to obtain information. The virtual, autonomous and hidden characteristics of the network society make it different from the real society, and also make the network subjects have greater uncertainty than the ethical subjects in the real society, and a series of ethical problems caused by this have become a new topic affecting social governance. With the development and updating of network technology, the social problems triggered by network events are constantly appearing, and in some special events, the actions of certain individuals become an important factor influencing the consciousness of the general public and the decision of the social reality. In this paper, we analyse the misbehavior of “Ershang Cafeteria” and the incident of “Ershang Cafeteria” through the model of “Three Circles Theory”, and analyse the influence factors on the construction of network environment and how to support it from three aspects: value, ability and support. We will analyse the factors influencing the construction of the network environment and how to construct and maximize the size of the “Nike Zone”, so as to promote the modernization of the governance system and the orderly development of the society.
