摘要
基层“统合式治理”是一种存在于我国县级及以下政治单位、并在实际中运行以党政机关为主导进行社会治理的新型治理方式。统合式治理的主体是一个复杂综合的共同体,治理方式具有合法性又兼具多重职权,在“党领导一切”的现实政治环境下,思想政治教育作为党管意识形态的主要方式,在“统合式治理”的治理主体培育、治理客体教育、治理手段优化、治理实效发挥等各环节各方面发挥着重要作用,进一步探索思想政治教育在社会治理中的作用,也是实现新时代社会治理现代化的必然。The “integrated governance” at the grass-roots level is a new type of governance that exists in political units at or below the county level in China and runs in practice with the party and government organs as the leading factor in social governance. The subject of integrated governance is a complex and comprehensive community, and the governance mode has legitimacy and multiple functions. Under the realistic political environment of “the party leads everything”, ideological and political education, as the main way for the party to manage ideology, plays an important role in all aspects of “integrated governance”, such as the cultivation of governance subjects, the education of governance objects, the optimization of governance means and the effectiveness of governance. It is also inevitable to further explore the role of ideological and political education in social governance in the new era.
