中外合作办学专业教师执教能力提升途径探索

摘要 当今世界已处于全球化时代,随着中国开放的深入、中国国际地位的不断提升,需要更多具有国际视野的新型人才,中外合作办学是实现高等教育国际化的有效的措施。目前,在中外合作办学实际运行过程中尚存在一些亟需解决的问题,尤其是教师的执教能力对人才培养的质量起到至关重要的作用。文章以北京联合大学物流工程(合作办学)专业为研究对象,分析通过开展中外教师团队虚拟教研室的建设,提升专业教师执教能力的渠道和途径。为同类合作办学专业的教师能力提升提供一定的参考。 The world is now in an era of globalization. With the deepening of China’s opening-up and the continuous promotion of China’s international status, more and more new talents with international vision are needed, sino-foreign cooperation in running schools is an effective measure to realize the internationalization of higher education. At present, there are still some problems to be solved in the practical running process of sino-foreign cooperatively-run schools, especially the teachers’ teaching ability plays a vital role in the quality of talent training. This paper takes the Logistics Engineering Specialty of Beijing Union University as the research object, and analyzes the channels and ways to improve the teaching ability of professional teachers through the construction of virtual teaching and research office of Chinese and foreign teacher teams. It can provide some reference for the improvement of the teachers’ ability in the same kind of cooperative school-running specialty.
