产学研用协同的计算机学科研究生创新实践人才培养模式探索

摘要 本文深入分析了地方院校计算机学科研究生培养中存在的问题,并设计了一项创新的产学研用人才培养教育模式。这一模式包括协同的多元化培养目标、具体化的培养方案、个性化的培养方法和动态的合作模式评价四大要素。提出的产学研用协同模式不仅提高了计算机学科研究生的创新思维和实践能力,还促进了地方院校研究生教育的个性化发展,并为其他领域的人才培养提供了有益的启示和借鉴。 By conducting an in-depth analysis of existing problems in the training of computer science graduate students in local colleges and universities, we design an innovative education model for cultivating industry-university-research-application talents. This model encompasses four key elements: collaborative and diversified training objectives, specific training plans, personalized training methods, and dynamic evaluation of the cooperation model. The proposed industry-university-research-application collaboration model not only improves the innovative thinking and practical ability of computer science graduate students, but also promotes personalized development of graduate education in local colleges and universities, and provides useful inspiration and reference for talent training in other fields.
