新文科背景下应用创新型物流管理人才培养模式研究——以江苏海洋大学为例

摘要 在新文科背景下,物流管理专业面临着培养适应数字化、全球化和可持续发展需求的创新型人才的挑战。本研究旨在探索和构建一种新的物流管理人才培养模式,以适应这些挑战。研究首先分析了当前物流行业的发展趋势和新文科教育理念,明确了物流管理人才培养的新要求。接着,以江苏海洋大学为例,研究提出了“二二三三”应用创新型人才培养模式,该模式包括应用创新型人才培养方案的再设计、建设符合“知识结构三结合”的课程体系、搭建应用能力一体化实验实习实训平台体系、实施适应应用创新型人才培养的教学方法,考试考核方式方法的改进五个方面。课程体系改革强调跨学科融合,引入大数据、人工智能等新技术课程,同时注重实践教学的设置。教学方法创新鼓励采用翻转课堂、案例教学等互动式教学方式。实践能力培养着重于与企业合作,提供实习实训机会,同时鼓励学生参与科研项目和创新竞赛。采用多元化评价方式,全面评估学生的综合能力。本研究的培养模式旨在为物流管理专业提供一种新的人才培养路径,以培养出既有深厚专业知识,又具备创新能力与实践能力的物流管理人才。 In the context of the new liberal arts, logistics management majors are facing the challenge of cultivating innovative talents who can adapt to the needs of digitalization, globalization and sustainable development. This study aims to explore and construct a new logistics management personnel training model to meet these challenges. The study first analyzes the current development trend of the logistics industry and the new liberal arts education concept, and clarifies the new requirements for the training of logistics management personnel. Taking Jiangsu Ocean University as an example, the study proposes the “two, two, three, three” applied innovative talents cultivation mode, which includes the redesign of the applied innovative talents cultivation program, the construction of the curriculum system in line with the “three combinations of knowledge structure”, the construction of the integration of the application ability, the experimental internship training platform system, the implementation of teaching methods adapted to the cultivation of applied innovative talents, and the improvement of the examination and assessment methods. The reform of the curriculum system emphasizes interdisciplinary integration and the introduction of new technology courses such as big data and artificial intelligence, while focusing on practical teaching settings. Innovative teaching methods encourage the use of interactive teaching methods such as flipped classrooms and case studies. Practical ability cultivation focuses on collaborating with enterprises, providing internship and training opportunities, and encouraging students to participate in scientific research projects and innovation competitions. Adopting diversified evaluation methods to comprehensively evaluate students’ comprehensive abilities. The training mode of this study aims to provide a new talent training path for logistics management majors, in order to cultivate logistics management talents who have both profound professional knowledge and innovative and practical abilities.
