摘要
对于AIP潜艇,尾气处理系统尤为重要,本文论述了由喷淋冷却器、旋转床吸收器和水管理系统三部分组成的尾气处理系统,定性分析自变量对装置性能的影响。研究发现,旋转床转速在某一工况附近,相应提高尾气的初始压力,可以有效减少海水的使用量,降低系统的功耗。
For AIP submarine, exhaust treatment system is particularly important. This article discussed an exhaust treatment system consisting of water management system, water cooling tower and ro-tating bed absorber, then analyzed qualitatively the influence of independent variables on the performance of the model. The study found that making rotating bed absorber near a certain working condition and increasing the initial pressure of exhaust could effectively reduce the amount of sea water and reduce system power consumption.
