摘要
我国虽然针对电子商务中的数据与隐私进行了法律层面上的保障,但电子商务环境中数据保护与隐私依然面临着挑战与困境,当今电子商务中的数据保护与隐私存在多个法律问题。一方面,数据收集与使用的合法性问题凸显;另一方面,数据安全保障问题亟待解决,数据泄露事件频发,防范措施不足。要解决这些问题,建议完善相关法律法规、加强监管力度、建立健全监管机构、提高企业与消费者的法律意识,这些措施将有助于推动电子商务的健康发展和个人权益的有效保障。Although China has provided legal protection for data and privacy in e-commerce, data protection and privacy in the e-commerce environment still face challenges and difficulties. Currently, there are multiple legal issues regarding data protection and privacy in e-commerce. On the one hand, the legitimacy of data collection and use is highlighted;On the other hand, data security issues urgently need to be addressed, with frequent data leakage incidents and insufficient preventive measures. To address these issues, it is recommended to improve relevant laws and regulations, strengthen regulatory efforts, establish sound regulatory agencies, and enhance the legal awareness of enterprises and consumers. These measures will help promote the healthy development of e-commerce and effective protection of personal rights and interests.
