摘要
随着我国老龄化社会的加剧,神经系统、免疫系统和心血管系统等人体系统会出现一系列问题,严重影响老年人的健康和生活质量。机体通过自噬清除错误折叠和变性的蛋白质,以实现细胞自我更新及机体的新陈代谢,自噬在多种老年病的发生发展中发挥重要作用。本文着重综述自噬的类型、自噬的调控机制以及自噬在几种老年病中的研究进展,为老年病的临床治疗提供方向。
Since the aging society in our country, the nervous system, cardiovascular system and immune system of human will appear a series of problems, which have serious impact on the health and life quality of old people. The body takes advantage of autophagy to clear misfolding and degenerative protein in order to realize the self-renewal of the cell and the metabolism of the body. Autophagy plays an important role in a variety of age-related diseases. This paper will discuss the types of autophagy and regulatory mechanisms of autophagy and the research progress of several kinds of age-related diseases, and provide the direction for the clinical treatment of age-related diseases.
