明挖隧道基坑施工数据监测分析与可视化信息管理系统

摘要 明挖隧道基坑工程在当今隧道工程建设中愈发常见。本文依托徐州市和平路隧道工程项目,实时监测基坑开挖与建设过程中桩顶竖向位移、桩顶水平位移、立柱竖向位移、地表沉降、建筑物沉降、支撑轴力,并进行变形特性分析,以确保基坑周围建筑物的安全。分析结果表明,各测点监测数据波动变化,但均未超出预警值。同时,开发“和平路隧道信息管理系统”,实时输入工程资料和监测数据,并进行数据分析和风险评估,实现工程信息的可视化管理。 Open-cut tunnel foundation pit engineering is more and more common in tunnel construction nowadays. Based on the Heping Road tunnel engineering in Xuzhou City, this paper monitors the vertical displacement of pile top, horizontal displacement of pile top, vertical displacement of standing column, ground surface settlement, construction settlement and supporting axial force in the process of foundation pit excavation and construction in real time, and analyzes the deformation characteristics to ensure the safety of buildings around the foundation pit. The analysis results show that the monitoring data of each measuring point fluctuates, but does not exceed the warning value. At the same time, the “Heping Road tunnel information management system” is developed to input engineering information and monitoring data in real time, and carry out data analysis and risk assessment, so as to realize the visual management of engineering information.
