摘要
本文阐述了一种应用于空间站核心舱后向对接通信天线展开锁定机构的设计方法。首先介绍了通信天线展开锁定机构的实现过程,其次通过机构动力学仿真和实际测量展开过程中高频电缆阻力矩最大值,确定机构展开驱动力矩,并依据空间站产品设计和建造规范,校核驱动力矩裕度值,满足空间站设计要求,最后通过机构动力学仿真,对展开到位冲击载荷进行分析,在保证展开时间和驱动裕度的同时,优化机构设计,使展开过程稳定、可靠。
This paper describes a design method of deployment locking mechanism for backward docking communication antenna of space station core module. Firstly, the implementation process of communication antenna deployment locking mechanism is introduced. Secondly, the deployment driving torque of the mechanism is determined through mechanism dynamics simulation and actual measurement of the maximum resistance torque of high-frequency cable in the deployment process. According to the product design and construction specifications of the space station, the margin value of driving torque is checked to meet the design requirement of the space station. Finally, through mechanism dynamics simulation, the impact load in place is analyzed. While ensuring the deployment time and driving margin, the mechanism design is optimized to make the deployment process stable and reliable.
