摘要
《相见欢无言独上西楼》为南唐后主李煜的经典之作,该词富有韵律美,情景交融,感情沉郁,表现了作者离乡去国的锥心怆痛,被誉为宋初婉约派词的奠基之作。论文选取许渊冲、龚景浩和裘小龙三个代表性英译文为研究内容,对比分析他们各自在诗歌英译过程中如何处理“意象”,再现原文“意境”,以追求诗歌翻译的“音美”、“形美”和“意美”。
Tune: Xiang Jianhuan is a famous Ci poem in Chinese literature. It is the masterpiece of the Southern Tang emperor Li Yu, and one of foundational Ci poems of Chinese plaintive school. Foremost, the research exploits the rich rhythm, the linguistic beauty, the narrative tactics by symbolizing the author’s emotions from natural scenes, as well as the expressive skills on sorrow of separation and painful sense of confinement in this work. Relatively, this research goes on a comparative analysis of three selected translation texts of Chinese representative literary translators named Xu Yuanchong, Gong Jinghao and Qiu Xiaolong. Afterwards, the study compares their subtle translation processes in dealing with “images” to interpreter the “artistic conception” created by author in the source text, and detects furthermore the intricacy in pursuing the “Three Beauties” of classical Chinese poetry embodied in its sound, form and sense.
