网络群体性事件中舆情热度的影响机制及治理路径研究——基于多案例的定性比较分析

摘要 随着网络技术的发展,网络传播速度快、范围广等特点致使网络群体性事件在网络空间迅速传播、发酵,管理机构难以对事件产生的舆情热度进行预判并及时干预。对此,文章选取2018~2020年三年间的20个网络群体性事件案例进行研究,借助定性比较分析研究方法探究网络群体性事件中舆情热度的影响因素及其组合路径。研究提出网络群体性事件中舆情热度影响因素的两条组合路径,并发现媒体报道力度和意见领袖参与是舆情热度生成的关键因素。对此,提出相应治理路径:了解舆情热度生成的组态效应,建立网络舆情预警机制;完善公共政策制定,注重保障民众权益;建立与重要媒体的合作机制,主动联系培养意见领袖;及时发布信息和公开回应,积极引导疏解舆情。 With the development of network technology, the characteristics of fast transmission speed and wide range lead to the rapid spread and fermentation of network mass incidents in the network space, and it is difficult to predict and intervene in the public opinion heat generated by the event. So this paper selected 20 cases of network mass incidents in the three years from 2018 to 2020 for research, and explored the influencing factors and combination paths of public opinion heat in network mass incidents with the help of qualitative comparative analysis. This paper proposes two combined paths of influencing factors of public opinion heat in network mass incidents, and finds that the intensity of media coverage and the participation of opinion leaders are the key factors for generating public opinion heat. As a result, the corresponding governance path is put forward: the government should understand the combined effect of public opinion heat production and establish an early warning mechanism of network public opinion;the government needs to improve the formulation of public policies and pay attention to the protection of people’s rights and interests;the government should establish a cooperative mechanism with important media and take the initiative to contact and cultivate opinion leaders;relevant government departments need to release information and make public responses in a timely manner.
