摘要
利用CFD方法,采用高效、快速的正交试验设计方法手段,模拟单锥油水分离水力旋流器含油浓度分布,探究旋流器结构参数以及交互作用对油滴迁移运动和轴心油浓度影响,结果表明结构参数间的协同交互作用对轴心浓度影响非常明显。
Using the CFD method and efficient and fast orthogonal experimental design method, the oil concentration distribution of single cone oil-water separation hydrocyclone is simulated, and the effects of hydrocyclone structural parameters and interaction on oil droplet migration and axial oil concentration are explored. The results show that the synergistic interaction between structural parameters has a very obvious effect on axial concentration.
