基于准稳态法电池热物性参数仿真研究

摘要 本文基于准稳态法提出了一种单体电池热物性参数测量的装置及方法,对2.5 Ah圆柱单体电池测量中的热损失进行了数值仿真研究,通过Creo三维建模软件建立了相关的几何求解模型,通过Ansys中的fluent模块进行了相关的数值仿真分析。仿真首先研究了单体电池在空气中直接测量所产生的热损失,然后研究了空气中不同对流换热系数对电池测量时所产生热损失的影响程度,结果表明随着电池直接接触的空气对流换热系数的增大,电池测量过程外界散失的热损失越多,表明了测量中热损失是不能忽略的。在此基础上,通过在电池四周包裹20 mm的绝缘材料来减少测量中产生的热损失,结果表明电池包裹了绝缘材料时向外的热损失明显低于电池暴露在空气中直接测量。 Based on the quasi-steady state method, this paper proposes a device and method for measuring the thermophysical parameters of a single cell, carries out numerical simulation research on the heat loss in the measurement of a 2.5 Ah cylindrical single cell, establishes the relevant geometric solution model through Creo three-dimensional modeling software, and carries out the relevant numerical simulation analysis through the fluent module in Ansys. The simulation first studied the heat loss generated by the direct measurement of the single cell in the air, and then studied the in-fluence of different convective heat transfer coefficients in the air on the heat loss generated by the battery during the measurement. The results showed that with the increase of the convective heat transfer coefficient of the air directly contacted by the battery, the more heat loss was lost outside the battery during the measurement, indicating that the heat loss in the measurement cannot be ignored. On this basis, the heat loss generated in the measurement is reduced by wrapping 20 mm insulating material around the battery. The results show that the outward heat loss when the bat-tery is wrapped with insulating material is significantly lower than the direct measurement when the battery is exposed to air.
