摘要
糖果包装机轴上摆臂作为包装机中重要的支撑、传动部件,其结构的拓扑优化设计对包装机的高效运行有着重要的意义。本文先利用SolidWorks对摆臂进行三维建模,再将模型导入Workbench中进行有限元分析及拓扑优化,再根据拓扑优化结果重构摆臂模型,并在相同模型材料及工况的条件下对重构模型再次进行有限元分析,再对模型重构前后有限元分析结果进行对比,得出在符合使用要求的前提下,摆臂模型减重比达到39.72%的效果,有效实现了轻量化设计的目的。
As an important support and transmission component in the packaging machine, the topology op-timization design of the upper swing arm of the candy packaging machine is of great significance to the efficient operation of the packaging machine. In this paper, SolidWorks is used to model the swing arm in 3D, then the model is imported into Workbench for finite element analysis and topol-ogy optimization, and then the swing arm model is reconstructed according to the topology optimi-zation results, and the finite element analysis of the reconstruction model is carried out again under the same model materials and working conditions, and then the finite element analysis results be-fore and after the model reconstruction are compared, and the weight reduction ratio of the swing arm model reaches 39.72% under the premise of meeting the use requirements, which effectively realizes the purpose of lightweight design.
