摘要
目的:探讨层级护理管理模式在普外科的应用。方法:选取2018年6月~2019年6月和2019年6月~2020年6月期间的患者100例作为研究对象,依据时间,分为对照组及观察组,对照组为常规护理,观察组使用层级护理管理模式,观察两组的护理质量评分以及护理满意度。结果:观察组的护理质量四个方面得分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P 【0.0.5)。观察组满意度为96%,显著高于对照组的84%,差异具有统计学意义(P 【0.05)。结论:层级护理管理模式能够提升护理质量,提高护理满意度。
Objective: To explore the application of hierarchical nursingmanagement mode in general surgery department. Methods: 100 patients from June2018 to June 2019 and June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as research objects.According to the time, they were divided into the control group and observationgroup.
