摘要
目的:探究四子散联合黄豆热奄包在导乐分娩中的应用效果。方法:采用简单随机抽样的方式将产妇分为观察组与对照组每组各60名产妇。对照组产妇行自然分娩常规护理,观察组产妇在此基础上加用四子散联合黄豆热奄包行护理干预。结果:两组产妇在分娩疼痛程度、负性情绪、总产程时间等方面存在显著差异,在分娩结局方面存在统计学差异。结论:通过本次四子散联合黄豆热奄包在产妇导乐分娩中的应用有效地缓解了产妇分娩疼痛的发生,同时减少了产妇负性情绪的产生,缩短了产妇分娩的总产程,减少了不良分娩结局的发生等。
Objective: To explore the effect of Sizipowder combined with soybean hot steaming bag in doula delivery. Methods:Simple random sampling was used to divide parturients into observation group andcontrol group, 60 parturients in each group. The control group received routinenursing of natural delivery, and the observation group added nursingintervention of Sizi powder combined with soybean hot steaming bag. Results:There were significant differences in pain degree, negative emotion and totallabor time between the two groups, and there were statistical differences indelivery outcomes. Conclusion: Through the application of Sizi powder combinedwith soybean hot steaming bag in doula delivery of parturient women, it caneffectively relieve the occurrence of parturient pain, reduce the generation ofparturient negative emotions, shorten the total labor course of parturientwomen, and reduce the occurrence of adverse delivery outcomes.
