摘要
目的:本研究旨在评估老年患者对出院准备服务的感知、期望与需求,以及他们在服务过程中遇到的障碍与挑战,从而为医疗机构提供改进服务的依据。方法:采用定量研究方法,通过自行设计的《老年患者对出院准备服务感知与期望调查问卷》,对90例老年患者进行了调查。结果:调查显示,老年患者对出院准备服务的沟通效果和信息清晰度较为满意。然而,在个性化服务和心理支持方面存在改进空间。患者普遍认为信息需求、支持服务和资源链接非常重要。障碍与挑战分析表明,理解障碍和沟通障碍是需要重点关注的问题。结论:老年患者对出院准备服务的整体评价较为积极,但仍需针对个性化服务和心理支持进行改进。医疗机构应关注患者的具体需求,提供更加全面和细致的服务,以提高老年患者的满意度和生活质量。
Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the perception, expectation and demand of elderly patients for hospital discharge preparation services, as well as the obstacles and challenges they encountered in the service process, so as to provide a basis for medical institutions to improve services. Methods: Using the quantitative research method, 90 elderly patients were investigated through the self-designed “elderly patients’ perception and expectation of hospital discharge preparation service”. Results: The survey showed that the elderly patients were satisfied with the communication effect and information clarity of the discharge preparation service. However, there is room for improvement in personalized service and psychological support. Patients generally consider information needs, support services and links to resources to be very important. The analysis of barriers and challenges shows that understanding barriers and communication barriers are the problems that need to be focused on. Conclusion: The overall evaluation of hospital discharge preparation services for elderly patients is more positive, but it is still necessary to improve personalized services and psychological support. Medical institutions should pay attention to the specific needs of patients and provide more comprehensive and detailed services to improve the satisfaction and quality of life of elderly patients.
