家庭医生制度是强化基层医疗卫生服务的重要任务之一,家庭医生团队是家庭医生服务的第一责任人,其身心健康与服务质量是影响家庭医生签约服务发展的关键因素。运用层次分析法分析上海市家庭医生团队成员的职业倦怠影响因素,为家庭医生心理健康干预工作提供依据。
Family doctor system is one of the important tasks to strengthen the basic medical and health service. The family doctor team is the first person in charge of the family doctor service. The physical and mental health and service quality are the key factors affecting the development of the contracted service of family doctors. The paper analyzes the factors influencing the burnout of family doctors team in Shanghai by AHP, which provides the basis for the intervention of family doctors’ mental health.
