民营企业人力资源伦理评价体系构建研究

摘要 创维原中国区营销总经理陆强华率众出走并通过媒体披露创维内幕致使创维陷入被动,引起学术界的关注与讨论。本文从“陆强华率众出走”事件的案例分析切入,探索以创维公司为代表的民营企业所存在的人力资源管理伦理问题,并基于对现有文献的回顾与问卷调查数据的分析,构建民企人力资源管理伦理的评价体系。本文的研究发现民营企业人力资源管理伦理的评价存在五个维度:公平公正、民主管理、以人为本、遵守诚信、社会道德。最后在此研究结果基础上,对我国民营企业提出了提高企业管理人员及员工素质、建立人力资源管理伦理制度体系、建立人力资源管理伦理水平评分系统等管理建议,以期对我国民营企业的人力资源管理伦理有所帮助和借鉴。 Lu Qianghua, the former general manager of Skyworth’s marketing, led the masses to leave and disclosed Skyworth’s information through the media, which led sky worth into a passive position. Starting from the case analysis of “Lu Qianghua led the masses to flee”, this paper explores the ethical problems of human resource management in private enterprises represented by Skyworth, and builds an evaluation system of human resource management ethics in private enterprises based on the review of existing literature and analysis of questionnaire survey data. The research of this paper finds that there are five dimensions in the evaluation of human resource management ethics in private enterprises: justice, democracy, people-oriented, integrity, social morality. Finally, on the basis of the research results, it puts forward some management suggestions for private enterprises, such as improving the quality of enterprise managers and employees, establishing the system of human resource management ethics, and establishing the scoring system of human resource management ethics, in order to be helpful and reference for private enterprises in China.
