人口老龄化已日益成为中国最紧迫的问题之一。本文揭示了中国人口老龄化的新趋势以及对未来社会和经济发展的可能影响。在未来三十年中,中国将面临最大的人口老龄化浪潮。从长远来看,这些趋势将给中国的可持续发展带来挑战。本文旨在通过上述途径,为中国经济增长可能面临的挑战提供解释,并据此提出相关的政策建议,包括改善养老保障体系、加深老年人力资源开发、促进健康老龄化等。
Population aging has increasingly become one of the most pressing issues in China. This paper sheds light on emerging trends in China’s population aging and possible implications for future social and economic development. In the next three decades, China will face the largest wave of population aging. In the long run, these trends will challenge China’s sustainable development. The purpose of this paper is to provide explanations for the challenges China’s economic growth may face through the above approaches, and to put forward relevant policy recommendations accordingly, including improving the old-age security system, deepening the development of human resources for the elderly, and promoting healthy aging.
