摘要
文章在阐述古村落文旅融合发展基本内涵的基础上,以北京宋庄为研究对象展开实地调查,分析了乡村振兴背景下宋庄镇的发展现状以及在推进文旅融合发展过程中所面临的问题,并针对这些问题提供了对策和建议:在保留宋庄镇原有文化资源的条件下,完善其人才管理机制,留住人才、挖掘本土特色,构建艺术生态系统、优化产品板块,增强品牌效应,以推动古村落高质量发展。文章可为我国以艺术发展为特色的古村落探索文旅融合发展提供一些参考和借鉴。
On the basis of expounding the basic connotation of the integrated development of culture and tourism in ancient villages, this paper takes Songzhuang, Beijing as the research object to carry out a field investigation, analyzes the development status of Songzhuang Town in the context of rural revitalization and the problems faced in the process of promoting the integrated development of culture and tourism, and provides countermeasures and suggestions for these problems: under the condition of retaining the original cultural resources of Songzhuang Town, the talent management mechanism should be improved, talents should be retained, local characteristics should be explored, art ecosystem should be built, product sector should be optimized, and brand effect should be enhanced to promote the high-quality development of ancient villages. This paper can provide some reference for the exploration of the integrated development of culture and tourism in ancient villages featuring artistic development in China.
