基于云模型的装配式建筑供应链风险评价研究

摘要 鉴于当前装配式建筑普及率逐年升高,在此背景下,强化我国装配式施工供应链的风险管理具有重要的现实意义。首先,通过对现有研究结果的梳理与分析,提炼出我国装配式建筑供应链的风险因素清单,并据此建立相应的供应链风险指标体系。在此基础上,利用组合赋权法对各风险因素进行权重确定,并将其应用于装配式建筑供应链风险评估中。最后,通过具体案例,客观和科学地评价。结果表明,将云模型理论引入评价中,可以有效地计算出装配式建筑供应链的风险综合评价值,进而确定项目的风险等级,并根据权重较大的指标提出风险控制建议,为我国装配式建筑供应链的风险管理提供参考。 Given the increasing popularity of prefabricated buildings, it is of great practical significance to strengthen the risk management of China’s prefabricated construction supply chain. Firstly, by sorting and analyzing the existing research results, a list of risk factors for China’s prefabricated building supply chain is extracted, and a corresponding supply chain risk indicator system is established based on this. On this basis, the combination weighting method is used to determine the weights of various risk factors, and it is applied to the risk assessment of prefabricated building supply chain. Finally, through specific cases, an objective and scientific evaluation was conducted. The results showed that introducing cloud model theory into the evaluation can effectively calculate the comprehensive risk evaluation value of the prefabricated building supply chain, determine the risk level of the project, and propose risk control suggestions based on the indicators with higher weights, providing a reference for risk management of China’s prefabricated building supply chain.
