在国家“十四五”规划中,明确强调实体经济的中心地位,致力于加速构建制造业大国和质量卓越的国家,推动智能制造与服务业的深度整合。这种融合被视为应对新时代科技革新和产业转型的必然选择。有研究表明,产业的深度整合对于提升产业间的联系、优化产业结构具有显著影响,是推动我国产业升级转型的关键引擎。因此,深入探究智能制造与服务业的融合模式及其影响因素显得尤为关键,它关乎着高质量发展的实现路径。本研究探讨了智能制造与服务业深度融合所需的条件、驱动因素以及演变过程,并特别关注技术交融、产品创新、市场整合以及组织与管理协同等关键领域。针对这些领域,提出了针对性的策略建议。In the country’s “14th Five-Year Plan”, the central position of the real economy is clearly emphasized, and the country is committed to accelerating the construction of a large manufacturing country and a country with excellent quality, promoting the deep integration of intelligent manufacturing and service industries. This integration is seen as an inevitable choice to cope with technological innovation and industrial transformation in the new era. Studies have shown that the deep integration of industries has a significant impact on improving connections between industries and optimizing industrial structures, and is a key engine for promoting the upgrading and transformation of my country’s industries. Therefore, it is particularly critical to deeply explore the integration model of intelligent manufacturing and the service industry and its influencing factors. It is related to the path to achieve high-quality development. This study explores the conditions, driving factors, and evolution processes required for the deep integration of smart manufacturing and the service industry, with special focus on key areas such as technology integration, product innovation, market integration, and organization and management collaboration. Targeted strategic suggestions are put forward in these areas.
