摘要
乳腺癌化疗相关认知障碍即“化疗脑”代表了一种以记忆下降、学习力减弱和执行力注意力减退为代表的新型临床综合征,目前西医治疗尚无有效药物。中医对于心、神、形体的调摄自先秦时期就有初步探讨,本文通过对化疗脑临床表现的梳理,探究其病因病机,以期对临床诊疗有所启发。
The chemotherapy-related cognitive impairment of breast cancer, that is, the “chemotherapy brain”, represents a new clinical syndrome represented by memory loss, learning ability and executive attention loss, and there is currently no effective drug in Western medical treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine for the adjustment of the heart, god, body has been preliminarily discussed since the pre-Qin period, this paper through the combing of the clinical manifestations of chemotherapy brain, explores its etiology and pathogenesis, in order to enlighten the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
