中医药调控JAK/STAT3通路防治卵巢癌中的研究进展

摘要 卵巢癌因其有限的治疗手段,严重危害女性健康,且多数患者进行手术和化疗患者多出现复发、转移和耐药性。与西医相比,中医药因其多靶点、多途径、高效低毒等优势备受关注。众多研究表明JAK/STAT3通路通过调控炎症、凋亡、抑制细胞增殖和生长等多方面参与卵巢癌形成、发生和发展。然而,目前未见系统的回顾与综述。因此,本文旨在综述中医药通过调控JAK/STAT3通路防治卵巢癌的研究进展,为进一步提高卵巢癌患者临床诊疗提供理论基础。 Ovarian cancer seriously endangers women’s health due to its limited treatment, and most pa-tients who undergo surgery and chemotherapy mostly experience recurrence, metastasis and drug resistance. Compared with Western medicine, Chinese medicine has attracted much atten-tion because of its advantages such as multi-target, multiple pathways, high efficiency and low toxicity. Numerous studies have shown that the JAK/STAT3 pathway is involved in ovarian cancer formation, occurrence and progression through regulation of inflammation, apoptosis, and inhibition of cell proliferation and growth in many ways. However, a systematic review and synthesis is not available. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to review the research progress of Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of ovarian cancer through the regulation of JAK/STAT3 pathway, and to provide a theoretical basis for further improving the clinical treatment of ovarian cancer patients.
