摘要
多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是临床多发病、常见病,常致育龄期妇女月经失调及不孕,且治疗棘手。临床中部分多囊卵巢综合征患者伴有糖脂代谢异常,对患者远期预后具有较大影响,本文拟基于《黄帝内经》“阳化气,阴成形”理论探讨临床多囊卵巢综合征伴糖脂代谢异常的治疗,为临床提供更多的思路。
Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a frequently-occurring and common disease, often causing menstrual disorders and infertility in women of childbearing age, and its treatment is difficult. In clinical practice, some patients with polycystic ovary syndrome are associated with abnormal glu-cose and lipid metabolism, which has a great impact on the long-term prognosis of patients. This ar-ticle intends to discuss the treatment of clinical polycystic ovary syndrome with abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism based on the theory of “Yang transforms qi and yin forms” in Huangdi Neijing, and provides more ideas for clinical practice.
