摘要
本文综合有关研究结果,概要介绍了都市农业概念的来由和内涵,概述了国内外都市农业发展的主要模式。在此基础上,分析了台州发展都市农业的条件。同时,结合台州经济社会发展态势和现有农业产业现状、分布特点及发展趋势,就种植业和畜禽业、沿海渔业、美丽海岸带建设、美丽乡村建设和盘活土地要素资源等在发展台州都市农业中的布局或推进重点作出初步构想。本文还提出了发展都市农业需协调好与城市建设、城市生态、城市食物保障、城市文化建设和城市规划的关系。最后指出,随着经济社会的不断发展,都市农业的内涵将不断丰富,功能将不断增强,遵循新发展理念,进一步推动都市农业的发展也显得越来越重要,越来越紧迫。
The concept of urban agriculture is briefly introduced including its origin and connotation ac-cording to research results and the main patterns at home and abroad are summarized. And then, the advantages for developing urban agriculture in Taizhou are analyzed. Considering economic and social development status, the current agriculture, distribution and trend of agricultural industry, a preliminary plan is made on the layout and promotion of urban agriculture in Taizhou in terms of planting industry, livestock and poultry industry, coastal fishery, coastal zone construction, beautiful countryside construction and activating land resources. It’s also pointed out that the relationship between urban agriculture and urban construction, urban ecology, urban food security, urban cultural construction and urban planning should be coordinated. With the continuous development of economy and society, the connotation and function of urban agriculture will be constantly enriched and strengthened, so it’s more and more important and urgent to further promote urban agriculture development.
