摘要
随着园艺专业每年毕业人数不断增加,就业压力不断加大,园艺技术专业高职生创新创业教育更显重要。基于多年园艺技术专业学生创新、创业教育教学尝试,不断探索、不断积累;总结出一套适合高职园艺技术专业学生创新创业能力培养系统化核心体系,改革提升并用与实践,使高职园艺技术专业学生的创新创业能力得到培养和提高,将会为高职园艺技术专业创新创业类人才培养起到很好的借鉴和促进作用。
With the rising number of in gardening specialty year by year, the graduates’ employment pressure is increasing and the innovation and entrepreneurship education for higher vocational colleges students of horticultural technical is becoming more and more important. Based on the teaching exploration and accumulation of innovation and entrepreneurship education for horticulture specialty students, the core system of training innovation talents suitable for higher vocational gardening students is summarized, which improve the higher vocational gardening professional students’ ability of innovation and entrepreneurship with the practice in the education training. It will be the good direction and improvement of innovative talents in higher vocational specialty.
