摘要
本研究采取了质性个案研究方法,以北京市朝阳区一所小型英语培训机构的两名英语培训教师为研究对象,运用了职业生涯相关理论和方法,采用访谈方式开展调查。两名英语培训教师在教学内容、工作时间、定期培训情况、薪资待遇、职业生涯规划方面反馈满意度。研究发现以下问题:学习机会有限、个体工作稳定性不高、薪资待遇差。
This study adopted the qualitative case study method, which took the two English training teachers as the research object in a small-scale English training institution, Chaoyang District, Beijing. It used the career related theory and methods, and interviews to develop the investigation. The two English teachers showed the feedback satisfaction in terms of teaching content, working hours, regular training, salary entitlements and career planning. The study found the following problems: limited learning opportunities, low stability of individual work and poor payment.
