摘要
人才强国战略的核心是“人才兴国”,国家的长久发展离不开人才的培养。培养多样化的人才和技能型的人才刻不容缓。2021年国务院通过了职业教育法的修订草案,草案提出加强职业教育教师队伍建设。职业教育教师人才队伍的建设对职业教育人才的培养至关重要。本文针对新时代人才强国战略背景下职业教育教师人才队伍中存在的教师队伍入职前的人才培养、教师队伍入职时的人才选拔、教师队伍入职后的人才提升三方面所面临的困境进行系统分析,并提出推进“双师型”教师队伍的建设来提升人才培养的质量、提高“专业性”教师入职门槛并完善教师待遇机制、加强“高质量”教师队伍建设,开拓职业教育教师发展渠道,为建设职业教育教师人才队伍指明了方向,推动新时代职业教育教师人才队伍的高质量发展。
The core of the strategy of strengthening the country by talents is “rejuvenating the country by talents”. The long-term development of the country cannot be separated from the cultivation of talents. It is urgent to cultivate diversified talents and skilled talents. In 2021, The State Council adopted the draft amendment to the Vocational Education Law, which proposes to strengthen the construction of vocational education teachers. The construction of vocational education teacher talent team is very important to the training of vocational education talent. This paper makes a systematic analysis of the difficulties faced by the teacher talent team of vocational education in the context of the strategy of strengthening talent in the new era, including talent training before the entry of teachers, the talent selection during the entry of teachers, and the talent promotion after the entry of teachers. It also proposes to promote the construction of “double-qualified” teacher team to improve the quality of talent training, raise the entry threshold of “professional” teachers, improve the treatment mechanism of teachers, strengthen the construction of “high-quality” teacher team, open up the development channels of vocational education teachers, point out the direction for the construction of vocational education teacher talent team, and promote the high-quality development of vocational education teacher talent team in the new era.
