“三教”促进中职学生“长见识,悟道理”培养综合职业能力的思考

摘要 2018年全国教育大会指出:“在增长见识上下功夫,教育引导学生珍惜学习时光,心无旁骛求知问学,增长见识,丰富学识,沿着求真理、悟道理、明事理的方向前进。”本文基于对“教思考、教体验、教表达”教育理念的思考,展开“三教”促进学生“长见识,悟道理”培养学生综合职业能力的讨论。“三教”促进知识的积累、技能的形成、良好职业态度的养成、强化学生对知识获取的参与性、强化学生表达能力,进而促进综合职业能力的养成。最终得出结论教师可以通过“三教”让学生增长见识,感悟道理,从而提升学生的综合职业能力。 The 2018 National Education Conference pointed out: “Efforts should be made to increase knowledge. We should educate and guide students to cherish the learning time and focus on seeking knowledge, growing knowledge and insight without distractions and move forward in the direction of seeking truth, understanding truth, and understanding fact.” Based on the thinking of the educational concept of “teaching thinking, teaching experience and teaching expression”, this paper starts the discussion of “three devices of teaching” to promote students to “growing knowledge and insight and understanding truth”. The educational concept of “three devices of educations” help students promote the accumulation of knowledge, the formation of skills, and the cultivation of good professional attitudes and strengthens students’ participation in knowledge acquisition, enhances their expression ability, and thus promotes the development of their comprehensive professional abilities. Finally, it is concluded that teachers can let students grow knowledge and insight and understand truth through the “three devices of teaching”, so as to improve students’ comprehensive vocational ability.
