摘要
作为幼儿园的领导者,是否能够真正地将理论运用于实际,真正地统筹各项园务工作的持续开展,需要专业能力,胜任力就是其中之一。本研究主要采用个案研究法,以惠州市某幼儿园Y园长为研究对象,并且通过访谈对Y园长的园长胜任力进行探究。研究发现:Y园长在自我领导胜任力、团队领导胜任力两方面都展现出了良好的领导素养。并据此提出以下建议:树立“终身学习”理念;以实践为导向;整合多方力量;创新园长培训的形式和内容。
As a kindergarten leader, whether she can truly apply theory to practice and truly coordinate the continuous development of various gardening tasks requires more professional abilities, including competence. The research mainly adopted case study, taking principal Y of a kindergarten in Hui-zhou as the research object, and explored the principal’s competence of Y through interview. The research found that: Y has demonstrated good leadership qualities in both self-leadership competence and team leadership competence. Based on this, the following suggestions are put forward: establish the concept of “lifelong learning”;be practice-oriented;integrate multiple forces;innovate the form and content of the principal training.
