摘要 智能制造技术的快速发展对人才结构提出了新的要求。本文针对当前《液压与气压传动》课程思政教学中存在的课程内容相对滞后、教学方法相对单一和评估体系有待完善等现象,分析了存在问题的原因,提出了工程训练课堂走出去、企业工程人员请进来、学生综合素质升上去的课程改革新方案,旨在建立以就业需求为导向,以企业参与教学为支撑,以学生自主学习为方向,以素质全面发展为目标的全新思政教学模式。 The rapid development of intelligent manufacturing technology has put forward new requirements for talent structure. This paper finds that there are some problems in ideological and political teaching, such as unnovel content, unitary teaching method and imperfect evaluation system. After analyzing the causes of the problems, this paper puts forward a series of new curriculum reform schemes. The purpose is to establish a new ideological and political teaching model. This mode is guided by employment demand, supported by enterprise participation in teaching, directed by students’ independent learning, and aimed at all-round development of quality.
