摘要
本文立足于高等医学院校研究生工作管理,在当前加快新时代研究生教育改革发展的背景下,对加强医学研究生科研诚信建设的重要性进行分析,简析医学研究生科研失信存在规章制度不健全、学术评价机制不合理、导师作用不明显三方面的原因,在此基础上提出加强诚信教育课程,完善制度管理体系,开发实验记录系统三个途径,以强化高等医学院校研究生科研诚信建设,保证研究生队伍健康持续的发展。
Under the background of accelerating the reform and development of graduate education in the new era, the aim of this article is to analyze the importance of strengthening the construction of integrity in scientific research of medical graduate students, which is based on the management of graduate students in medical colleges and universities. Moreover, the article analyzes three reasons for the dishonesty in scientific research of medical graduate students in detail, which include the imperfect rules and regulations, the unreasonable academic evaluation mechanism, and the unclear prominent role of mentors. Consequently, there are three ways which are enhancing integrity education curriculum, improving institutional management system, and developing experimental recording system so as to strengthen the construction of the integrity of scientific research of medical graduate students and ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the graduate team.
