摘要
良好规则意识对社会的和谐稳定和个体的发展起着重要作用,乡村幼儿园对于幼儿规则意识的培养责无旁贷。文章通过对乡村幼儿园课程实施中幼儿规则意识的培养探讨发现:存在教师专业水平较低、园所管理模式落后、家长对规则意识认知不足等问题,由此提出的策略是:通过提升教师自身专业水平、加强幼儿园的管理和提高家长规则认知,形成合力,以保证乡村幼儿园课程中规则意识培养的有效进行,为幼儿今后的发展打好基础,为乡村振兴提供力量。
Good sense of rules plays an important role in social harmony and stability and individual development, and rural kindergartens are duty-bound to cultivate children’s awareness of rules. The author through the rural kindergarten curriculum implementation of children rules consciousness training found: teachers related professional level is low, garden management mode, parents of rules consciousness, the strategy is: by improving teachers’ professional level, strengthen the management of the kindergarten and improve parents rules, mix, to ensure the rural kindergarten curriculum rules consciousness effectively, lay the foundation for children’s development in the future, provide strength for rural revitalization.
