新医科背景下双创教育实践基地建设推进教育融合发展探索与实践

摘要 根据“新医科”的基本原则,我们的目标是进一步加强医学与教育一体化的协调进步。创新创业教育实践中心的建立,将在应对探索和实施大众创业教育过程中遇到的各种挑战方面发挥关键作用,从而促进教育的综合发展;在探索“新医科”的背景下,通过在医学专业中实施创新创业综合教育,加快高等教育机构创新创业教育与专业教育的融合。本文以右江民族医学院为例,为医学生创新创业教育奠定了实践基础。其目的是解决发展一个专门的综合教育实践平台的要求。该平台关注于医科学生的成长,包括教学实践、信息显示、协作办公室和资源管理等各个方面。本文旨在促进能力导向的专业综合教育,探讨在当前背景下专业教育与大众创业教育相结合的体系建设。积极探索大众创业教育与职业教育一体化发展的人才培养新模式。结合现有的挑战,以应用为导向的大学必须广泛地纳入教学概念、课程设计、实践平台、教师和其他相关因素。利用各学科的集体优势,可以有效实现高校内大规模创业教育的可持续发展,从而培育新的教育格局。校企合作平台实践平台与跨学科特色课程体系的整合,充实和促进了高等院校医学生的整体成长,为促进医学、工程、科学及相关领域的跨学科创新奠定了基础。这一举措不仅为大学生和社会上有抱负的企业家提供全面、持续、个性化的支持,而且为建立类似平台提供了实用的途径和途径。 In accordance with the foundational principles of “New Medical Department”, our objective is to further enhance the harmonized advancement of medicine and education integration. The estab-lishment of innovation and entrepreneurship education practice centers will play a crucial role in addressing various challenges encountered during the exploration and implementation of mass entrepreneurship education, thereby facilitating the integrated development of education;in the context of exploring “New Medical Department”, the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education with professional education in higher education institutions will be expedited through the implementation of integrated education for innovation and entrepreneurship among medical majors. This article presents a case study of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities, which establishes a practice base for medical student innovation and entrepreneurship education. The aim is to address the requirements for the development of a specialized integrated education practice platform. The platform focuses on the growth of medical students and encompasses various aspects such as teaching practices, information display, collaborative office, and resource management. This article aims to promote competency-oriented professional comprehensive education and explore the construction of a system that combines professional education with mass entrepreneurship ed-ucation in the current context. Additionally, it actively explores new models for talent cultivation in the integrated development of mass entrepreneurship education and professional education. In conjunction with existing challenges, it is imperative for applicationoriented universities to exten-sively incorporate pedagogical concepts, curriculum design, practical platforms, faculty members, and other pertinent factors. By leveraging the collective strengths of various disciplines, these in-stitutions can effectively achieve the sustainable advancement of entrepreneurship education on a larger scale within universities, thereby fostering a novel educational landscape. The integration of the school-enterprise joint studio practice platform and interdisciplinary characteristic course sys-tem enhances and facilitates the holistic growth of medical students in higher education institu-tions, thereby establishing a basis for fostering cross-disciplinary innovation in medicine, engineering, science, and related fields. This initiative not only offers comprehensive, sustained, personalized support to college students and aspiring entrepreneurs in society, but also presents prac-tical pathways and approaches for the establishment of similar platforms.
