摘要
师范生创新思维能力的培养成为带动就业、解决大学生就业难问题的必要途径。本文以重庆对外经贸学院为例,研究民办院校创新思维导向下的课程思政建设机制,以教师队伍、课程建设、课堂教学方法、服务平台和反馈机制为抓手,构建创新思维导向下的数学师范专业课程思政人才培养体系,着重探讨在教学实践中如何建立“知识传授、能力培养、素质提升”与课程思政的有机联系,进一步充实数学师范专业课程思政研究。
The cultivation of innovative thinking ability of normal university students has become a necessary way to promote employment and solve the difficult problem of employment of college students. Taking Chongqing College of International Business and Economics as an example, this paper studies the curriculum ideological and political construction mechanism of private colleges under the guidance of innovative thinking, and starts with the teacher team, curriculum construction, classroom teaching methods, service platform construction and feedback mechanism to build an innovative thinking oriented curriculum ideological and political personnel training system for mathe-matics teachers major. This paper focuses on how to establish the organic connection between “knowledge impartation, ability cultivation, quality improvement” and curriculum ideological and political research in teaching practice, and further enrich the curriculum ideological and political research of mathematics teachers major.
