摘要 半导体物理与器件作为材料专业基础课程,知识繁琐、内容深奥、教学模式形式单一。为了能更好深入教授这门课程,本文通过教学改革融入思政教育、seminar教学、workshop实训与多元动态课程评价等多方位探索,对这门课程进行持续改进优化,以培养半导体行业高素质创新复合型人才。 Semiconductor physics and devices, as the basic course of material specialty, has complicated knowledge, profound content and unitary teaching mode. In order to better teach this course and cultivate high-quality innovative compound talents, this paper makes continuous improvement and optimization of this course by integrating teaching reform with ideological and political education, seminar teaching, workshop practical training, as well as diversified and dynamic assessment.
