摘要
“卷烟工艺学”是烟草专业的专业核心课程,知识体系复杂、内容丰富。在以往的教学过程中由于教学模式单一、教学方法老旧、考核力度不够,导致学生学习兴趣和主动性不强。为提高该门课程的教学效果,引入OBE教学理念,“以成果产出”为导向,进行课程教学改革,采用“思政 + 专业、线上 + 线下、校内 + 校外”相结合的模式,以提高学生的学习主动性、自主学习能力和综合应用能力,切实践行“立德树人”,明显提升卷烟工艺学课程教学质量。
“Cigarette Manufacturing Technology” is a core professional course in the tobacco major, with a complex knowledge system and rich content. In the past teaching process, due to the single teaching model, old teaching methods, and insufficient assessment, students’ learning interest and initiative were not strong. In order to improve the teaching effect of this course, the OBE concept was introduced, and based on the OBE “result-based output” orientation, the course teaching reform was carried out, using a combination of “ideological and political + professional, online + offline, oncampus + off-campus” model. In order to improve students’ learning initiative, independent learning ability and comprehensive application ability, we effectively implement “cultivating people with moral integrity” and significantly improved the teaching quality of cigarette technology cours-es.
