不同医学专业的生理学课程思政改革的差异化设计

摘要 生理学是医学教育中的一门基础学科,连接基础医学与临床医学的桥梁。生理学教学目标不仅限于知识点的传授,更加注重学生创新意识、批判性思维和终身学习能力的培养。当前各个医学类专业的同一学科授课存在同质化的现象,难以满足各个专业层次不同的培养目标和职业发展需求。明确不同医学专业的培养目标和学生特点,在临床医学课程中强调医德医风的培养,在护理学课程中强调护理伦理和服务精神,在医学检验技术课程中强调质量意识和责任感等。紧密结合“健康中国”等国家战略,深化生理学思政教育的内涵;提高不同专业生理学教师的教学水平和育人能力,培养学生的社会责任感和职业使命感,为国家医疗卫生健康事业培养更好地适应新时代医学教育的高素质医学人才。 Physiology is a basic discipline in medical education, connecting basic medicine and clinical medicine. The goal of physiology teaching is not only limited to the transfer of knowledge, but also focuses on the cultivation of students’ innovative consciousness, critical thinking and lifelong learning ability. At present, the teaching of the same subject in each medical specialty is homogenized, and it is difficult to meet the different cultivation goals and career development needs of each specialty level. To clarify the cultivation objectives and student characteristics of different medical specialties, we emphasize the cultivation of medical ethics in clinical medicine courses, nursing ethics and service spirit in nursing courses, and quality consciousness and sense of responsibility in medical testing technology courses. Closely integrating “Healthy China” and other national strategies, we will deepen the connotation of physiology ideological education;improve the teaching level and educating ability of physiology teachers of different specialties;cultivate students’ sense of social responsibility and sense of professional mission;and cultivate high-quality medical talents who are better adapted to the new era of medical education for the cause of national health care.
